“I was in the salon today and all the staff were polite and attentive. Sofia did a fantastic job with my tint and colour. I also want to say how well the team handled a very difficult situation. A disruptive client came in shouting and throwing her things around, and shouted at the very young apprentice before she’d even had a chance to sit down. It was unnerving, and the staff understandably looked shaken, but they stayed professional and dealt with it really well. So 5 ⭐️”
